Rum and Brandy Tasting Night, Ashton on Mersey Cricket Club

Come and welcome in winter with a cozy evening sampling some fine rum and brandies at Ashton on Mersey Cricket Club on FRIDAY 27th NOVEMBER (7pm).

Join us for a fun and informative tour of some special rum and brandies, narrated and explained by experienced expert and educator Jack Tovey. Jack has worked in the wine and spirits industry for over 12 years. He teaches at the Northern Wine School and his work and passion for fine alcohol has led him to visit over 150 vineyards all over the world. His experience related retail gives him a very keen eye to spot the bargains in the shops - which he’s always happy to pass on!

The cost is £25 and includes 6 taster glasses spirits (3 rum, 3 brandy) all curated by Jack, along with mixers and a selection of charcuterie-style nibbles. This is a great opportunity to do something a bit different and at a very reasonable price. The event is suitable for everyone over 18.
